PayShepherd is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team. You will be the product expert and delivery engine, partnering with the Relationship Manager to deliver value across onboarding, adoption, and advocacy.
You will own the value attribution, drive adoption, and manage customer sentiment while collaborating across Product, Engineering, and leadership. This role supports work from home with occasional travel within Canada and the US.
