Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel members on travel options through calls or in-person meetings
• Sell a diverse range of travel products and services
• Research requests, quote fares,



and prepare travel documents
• Maintain accurate travel files and transaction records
• Resolve client complaints and provide excellent service

Requirements:
• Graduate of Travel Counselling post-secondary program
• 3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant
• Certification in Apollo Focal Point GDS
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Active enrollment in CITC or CTC certification
