Overview
Kelly Services is offering an exciting Operations Officer II contract opportunity with the leading Bank in Toronto, ON .

This role is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career skilled looking to further develop their banking operations, administrative, and analytical skills within one of Canada's leading financial institutions.

Position Details

Title: Operations Officer II

Location: 100% Onsite – 4880 Tahoe Boulevard, Mississauga ON, L4W 5P3

Duration: November 2, 2026 to April 1, 2027

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: Up to $25.00/hour

Extension & Conversion: Possible based on performance and business needs

Work Location: In person

What You'll Be Doing

Processing high volumes of financial transactions (bank wires)

Managing shared inbox requests

Performing accurate data processing

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure operational accuracy

Supporting service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining quality standards

What We're Looking For

1-2 years of banking or financial services experience

Transaction processing experience

Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Strong administrative and organizational abilities

Quick learner with excellent attention to detail

Adaptable, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have Skills

Excel Macros

VLOOKUPs

Pivot Tables

This position offers valuable exposure to financial operations, a supportive team environment, and strong potential for extension or future conversion opportunities.

Experience

Banking or Financial : 1 year (preferred)





Advance excel experience (Macros, lookups, Pivot Tables) : 1 year (preferred)
