Shift
4:30pm - 1am, Monday to Friday

What is the job?

Lead and motivate the Finishing & Packaging team to meet goals

Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards

Promote safety, quality, and process improvements

Oversee cannabis weighing and packaging

Manage computerized inventory and order processing (ERP)

Maintain cleanliness and complete required documentation

What's Needed?

Previous experience in leading or supervising a team is required

Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines

Ability to establish priorities, work independently and as a team member

Able to clear a criminal records check, own transportation

Understanding of computers, Microsoft Office and Email considered an asset
