Enhance health and safety at Amazon as a Bilingual Occupational Health Representative. Provide first aid, support associates, and ensure workplace wellness every day.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with the Amazon Workplace Health & Safety team to manage health and wellness efforts. You'll assess and administer first aid, engage with associates, and help minimize injury risks through education and proactive care. Participate in safety committee meetings and contribute to a safer working workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer first aid and connect AAs to medical providers
• Educate associates on workplace safety and injury prevention
• Maintain comprehensive records of care and incidents
• Manage workers’ compensation and return-to-work processes
• Report daily activities and conduct safety coaching

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid first aid, CPR, and AED certification
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with workers' compensation protocols
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and work flexible hours
