Greystar seeks a proactive leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for Brookside 112 in Vancouver. You will conduct tours (virtual and in-person), drive occupancy, ensure a superior move-in experience, and manage resident relations across a 369-unit community.
You will perform market research, coordinate events, and support lease renewals while delivering outstanding customer service with a qualified demeanor.
