YMCA BC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join their team. As a Nanny, you will create age-appropriate programs, lead activities, and provide individualized support to children. Key Responsibilities:
• Support development of engaging programs for 5-12 year-olds
• Lead and promote indoor and outdoor activities for children
• Supervise and mentor new staff and volunteers
• Maintain positive relationships with families and community partners
• Ensure a clean and safe environment at all times

Requirements:
• Minimum of 19 years of age
• Experience with children ages 5-12
• Robust planning and leadership skills
• First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Clear communication and problem-solving abilities
