As a Coordinator under the Director of Services, you’ll manage operations while embodying enVision’s core values. The role requires a strong background in Disability Support and Social Sciences, with at least three years of supervisory experience. You will ensure service coordination, enhance team performance, and support organizational goals across diverse communities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations at various service locations
• Supervise and develop team members effectively
• Facilitate service coordination and community engagement




• Conduct performance evaluations and support strategic initiatives
• Build relations with stakeholders and address social issues

Requirements:
• Post secondary education in related field needed
• Minimum three years in a supervisory role
• Experience in budget oversight and program evaluation
• Valid Manitoba Class 5F Driver's License required
• Clear Criminal Record Check and CPR certificate necessary
