Key Responsibilities:
• Provide home management and personal care services
• Collaborate with clients and healthcare professionals
• Address clients' physical, social, and emotional needs
• Promote independent living through tailored support
• Assist with respite care as needed

Requirements:
• Home Health Aide or Continuing Care Aide Certificate
• Experience in Home Care or Acute Care preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
