Hard Rock Ottawa Hotel & Casino seeks an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B; areas with support from Supervisors, ensuring service meets Hard Rock’s high standards. You’ll lead planning, training, and guest experience initiatives to deliver an authentic, rock-infused hospitality experience.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2-4 years in F&B;/hospitality, fluent English, and Smart Serve plus Ontario Food Handler’s certification.
