Halton Hills Hydro is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Technician for an on-site role at our Acton office. The successful candidate will lead subdivision electrical distribution projects, preparing technical designs, cost estimates, and work packages. Your expertise will be essential to supporting major residential developments, ensuring safe and efficient electrical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and prepare work order packages for distribution projects
• Conduct construction site inspections for compliance




• Monitor project progress and prepare reports
• Develop construction standards and specifications
• Coordinate with stakeholders for Distributed Energy Resource projects

Requirements:
• 5+ years of electrical distribution design experience
• Certified Engineering Technician (C. Tech.) or equivalent
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of design standards and municipal processes
• Valid Ontario Class G driver's license
