Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with selections of exterior finishes
• Provide pricing for chosen upgrades and selections
• Obtain sign-off on customer selections




• Submit architectural selections for developer approval
• Understand and apply architectural control guidelines

Requirements:
• Proven customer service and relationship skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to meet deadlines with high-quality work
• High attention to detail and organization
• Experience in estimating new single-family homes is an asset
