Northern Health is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist to perform routine analysis and various laboratory tests under the Chief Medical Technologist's direction. This role requires recent experience and proficiency in MLT Core Lab disciplines. You will contribute to high-quality, patient-centered care across Northern BC’s diverse communities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze various specimens for testing
• Conduct Hematological and Microbiological testing
• Perform Biochemical and Immunohematological tests




• Communicate effectively with team and patients
• Maintain and operate necessary laboratory equipment

Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology program
• Current registration with the Canadian Society of Medical Laboratory Science
• Minimum one year of relevant experience
• Proficiency in MLT Core Lab disciplines
• Robust organizational and communication skills
