Dialogue is seeking an Overnight Mental Health Intake Agent to serve as the first point of contact for EAP members via phone and digital channels. The role requires empathy, careful intake, and coordination of care with our practitioners, all within Dialogue’s call center workflow.
Based in Canada, you will work overnight (11:30pm–6:00am) and weekends, with at least 21 hours. A degree in mental health or related field is a plus, and comfort with full digital work is essential.
