This role involves assessing and implementing nutritional care plans for patients requiring parenteral nutrition. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive monitoring and evaluation of nutrition strategies. Your input in developing nutrition practice guidelines will strengthen Fraser Health’s commitment to exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient nutritional needs through comprehensive evaluations
• Develop and implement tailored nutrition care plans




• Monitor and modify nutrition plans with the healthcare team
• Conduct individual and group nutrition education sessions
• Document nutritional care activities per established guidelines

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or related field
• Two years of recent clinical experience in a medical unit
• Current CNSC certification in nutrition support
• Registered with the College of Health and Care Professionals
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
