In this position, you will support project-related billing, financial reporting, and receivables management with the General Real Estate Portfolio. With a few years of experience in financial functions, you’ll work closely with finance teams and stakeholders to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial operations. Robust analytical skills and attention to detail are critical as you monitor outstanding receivables and support collections.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and issue monthly project billings
• Review project costs for accurate invoicing
• Generate and consolidate accounts receivable reports




• Monitor outstanding receivables and support collections
• Reconcile accounts receivable to the general ledger

Requirements:
• Experience in accounts receivable or billing
• Post-secondary education in Finance or Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Understanding of accounting principles and reporting practices
