Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage upkeep across a Lease-Up community in Canada. You will oversee work orders, coordinate make-ready tasks, and ensure safety and quality in grounds, buildings, and amenities.
The role requires 5+ years in maintenance supervision, experience with Lease-Ups, New Construction, or Renovation, and owning your own hand tools. A housing discount is available and the schedule is Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, in office at the community.
