We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join the Structural Genomics Consortium (SGC) at UHN. This permanent full time position emphasizes building and deploying robust machine learning pipelines. Your work will leverage internal tools and collaborate with experts to optimize drug discovery through comprehensive data analysis and model evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deploy machine learning pipelines for biomedical data
• Develop predictive models for DNA-Encoded Library screening
• Fine-tune deep learning architectures for drug design




• Conduct exploratory data analysis and visualizations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on scientific questions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field
• 4 years of related experience with a Master’s degree
• Proven experience in machine learning for drug discovery
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and deep learning frameworks
