Complex portfolio recruitment across multiple lines of business with national scope
Organizational skills managing 40-60 requisitions




5-8 years recruiting within corporate or federally regulated industry environments
Human Resources degree background or formalized HR training
Nice to Have Bilingualism in French and English
Banking or financial services industry background
Workday HRIS
Responsibilities Act as the Talent Advisor for a designated recruitment portfolio
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate hiring mandates
Develop and execute talent strategies targeting active and passive candidates
Advise business leaders on talent market conditions and hiring approaches
Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting activities
Promote employer branding activities through recruiting channels and networks
