As a key player in Shift4's Operations Division, you will independently manage the entire lifecycle of merchant onboarding from contract signing to installation. Your technical prowess and solid communication skills will help build rapport with merchants while ensuring their specific needs are met with precision. This position emphasizes exceptional project management and support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the Pre-Launch team
• Build rapport with merchants and gather detailed information
• Manage the full lifecycle of merchant onboarding




• Train merchants on Shift4 products and services
• Document client interactions accurately using software tools

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
