Purpose Scotiabank’s ABM Delivery Services Team is seeking a Senior Operations Support team member to provide maintenance and support functions for the ABM and CRU fleet across Canada.
Responsibilities Provide operational support and act as an escalation point for supplier issues and incidents.
Verify and approve vendor invoices, and analyze and report on fleet and vendor performance.
Coordinate preventative maintenance and ABM install, move, add, and change activities.
Manage incident tickets, email, and patching; provide backup on-call response and occasional system health checks as needed.
Support Power BI and Power Automate configuration, development, reporting design, implementation, and process automation.
Help implement, monitor, and review systems and procedural changes.




Develop training and communication materials for supplier staff, and produce periodic and specialized reports.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft tools and experience working in an Agile environment.
Understanding of software release processes; project and process management skills are desirable.
Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Location and employment Full time role based in Toronto, Ontario.
