Backcountry is seeking a Group Sales Account Manager to own the full sales cycle—from lead development to close—while managing a portfolio of group accounts for revenue growth. You will work remotely with a lean team, maintaining CRM/ERP records and coordinating with vendor partners to meet group order needs.
You will guide prospects through the sales process, develop repeatable outreach and conversion processes, and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
