This role, reporting to the HR Manager, involves advising leaders on HR best practices and trends while collaborating with a Senior HR Business Partner. You will play a vital role in performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations. Additionally, your expertise will support continuous improvement and strategic HR initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise leaders on HR best practices and legislation
• Conduct exit interviews to identify trends and insights




• Facilitate training sessions for employees and managers
• Collaborate on performance evaluations and salary reviews
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives

Requirements:
• University degree in HR or Industrial Relations
• 1-3 years in a similar HR Consultant role
• Bilingual in French and English
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• CHRP or CHRL designation is an asset
