In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for HR inquiries, facilitating onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage onboarding processes for new hires
• Respond to HR inquiries from employees and managers
• Document employee relations issues and prepare reports
• Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding activities
• Ensure accurate employee records in Workday

Requirements:
• 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset
• Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
• Solid Excel skills and attention to detail
• Degree in HR or related field preferred
