This position requires a Diploma in Community Social Service or equivalent along with two years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in multidisciplinary case planning with clients
• Advocate for clients and resolve conflicts with external organizations
• Observe client behavior and provide performance feedback




• Assist clients in developing social and life skills

Requirements:
• Diploma or Mental Health Worker program completion
