The Calgary Stampede in Calgary, AB is seeking a Guest Experience Service Coordinator to provide administrative, coordination, and readiness support across the Guest Experience Department year-round and during Stampede activations.

You will coordinate workforce readiness activities, onboarding and training administration, and reporting to help ensure operational timelines, asset requests, and cross-department collaboration for a seamless guest experience during all Stampede events.
