Randstad Canada is seeking an experienced Project Manager III (Learning Technology Lead) to direct a multi-year LMS transformation for a major global financial institution. This hybrid Toronto-based role requires leading end-to-end planning, configuring, and deploying the enterprise LMS across HR, learning, IT, and compliance, while managing partners and data migrations. You will oversee testing, integrations, and go-live activation, with executive governance and RAID oversight.
