Position: Shipping & Receiving Clerk We are a growing manufacturing company located in the Vaughan area and are seeking a reliable and motivated Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for shipping, receiving, order picking, inventory control, material handling, and maintaining an organized warehouse. We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining accurate inventory and shipping records.Schedule:Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Multiple shift availability is required. Candidates must be flexible and available to work different shifts based on operational requirements.ResponsibilitiesAccurately prepare, update, and maintain all shipping, receiving, and inventory documentationPick and prepare customer orders with strict attention to accuracy and product specificationsVerify products, quantities, part numbers, and paperwork before shipmentPerform basic quality control inspections, including measuring, weighing, package counts, and evaluating product conditionPackage, palletize, label, and securely wrap products and skids for shipmentLoad and unload delivery trucks safely and efficientlyReceive incoming shipments and verify quantities and products against packing slips and purchase ordersPut away received inventory in designated warehouse locationsMaintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control activitiesPerform regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and physical inventory checksInvestigate and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, damaged products, or incorrect quantitiesEnsure inventory is properly identified, labelled, stored,
