Gogii Games is looking for an Animator to create and revise existing animation, maintain an animation library, and asset creation. Our ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of traditional animation principles, a commitment to delivering polished animation and bring a fresh look for content in development. This is a remote position and we do not presently offer relocation packages. Any candidate would need to be a Halifax, Nova Scotia resident to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities Develop and produce realistic or representational 2D based animation
Create and maintain animation library assets for use and reuse in production
Perform other tasks as required
Qualifications 1+ years of traditional animation experience
Experience with 2D animation software such as Harmony, Toon Boom Studio
Adobe Suite
Ability to communicate effectively with different teams
The ability to work effectively independently and within an organized team environment
