Mill Creek Care Centre in Barrie, Ontario is seeking an Assistant Director of Care for a maternity leave 15-month contract. The role leads the nursing team to deliver safe, person-centered care and ensures regulatory compliance under the Fixing Long-Term Care Act and O. Reg.
246/22. The position offers a starting salary of $75,000 CAD per year, in office work, and full-time hours. The ADOC will collaborate with the DOC, CQI structures, and interdisciplinary teams to strengthen clinical practice
