Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and dining ware

• Assist in meal preparations alongside kitchen staff

• Lead the Lodge Recycling program effectively

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in culinary roles
• Knowledge of FOODSAFE and kitchen safety protocols
• Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork
• Ability to work 60 hours per week
