Lead electrical initiatives with North America Construction as an Electrical Superintendent at our Nobleton Water Resource Recovery Facility. Your expertise in heavy construction projects will ensure success from planning to execution.

This role is ideal for candidates with extensive experience in electrical systems, particularly in water and wastewater treatment plants. As an Electrical Superintendent, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards while adhering to NAC’s Health, Safety, and Environment policies. Collaboration with project teams, subcontractors, and engineers is essential to foster positive relationships and morale.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure thorough knowledge of site-specific HSE policies
• Build robust working relationships with all project stakeholders




• Be accountable for project labor and material cost codes
• Draft planning aids for weekly project meetings
• Approve timesheets and manage team performance

Requirements:
• 5+ years as an Electrical Superintendent in heavy construction
• Excellent knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and civil trades
• Some Project Management experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Valid WHMIS and other safety certifications required
