In this strategic role, you will oversee NEOEN’s operations in Alberta and future projects across Canada. Collaborate with the Americas Asset Management Team and coordinate with diverse operational stakeholders, ensuring adherence to industry best practices. The focus will be on driving revenue generation and maintaining long-term asset integrity through continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day asset management and O&M; contractor coordination
• Monitor production, budgets, and ensure compliance with business plans




• Investigate performance issues and recommend corrective actions
• Coordinate regulatory risk assessments and manage insurance claims
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders including contractors and regulators

Requirements:
• Proven experience in asset management and renewable energy
• Solid knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards
• Excellent financial acumen related to EBITDA maximization
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
• Capacity to handle regulatory and commercial issues effectively
