Qualifications and Experience Preferred qualifications include:A vibrant and growing Christian faith.

Experience working with children and youth through schools, childcare programs, churches, camps, or related settings is an asset.

Educational Assistant training or related education is considered an asset.

Training or willingness to receive training in strategies that support students with diverse learning needs.

Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Flexibility, patience, and adaptability.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Requirements

The successful applicants will be required to provide:A current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search.A current Child Intervention Record Check.

Compensation

Compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, and position assignment and is consistent with Yellowhead Christian School's Educational Assistant compensation framework.
