Our client is seeking a Legal Contracts Specialist for a three-month contract in Calgary .
This role will support the legal team across commercial contracts, compliance, corporate documentation, and insurance-related activities.
Responsibilities Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs, leasing agreements, sales contracts, service agreements, and amendments.
Coordinate contract approvals and execution in accordance with established approval processes.
Perform compliance screening and prepare relevant commercial documentation.
Maintain legal records and documentation, ensuring files are accurate, complete, and up to date.
Assist with corporate documentation and support ongoing legal and administrative projects.
Support insurance administration by maintaining coverage summaries and reviewing contractual insurance requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
