with a national bench and sophisticated client engagements that keep expanding. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Experience A law degree.

Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario, Law Society of British Columbia, and/or Law Society of Alberta. A minimum of three years of legal practice experience.

The ability to give a clear, business-driven answer under time pressure and stand behind it.

Comfort operating with autonomy.

Our lawyers are independent by design and run their own mandates.

Specialized Expertise Experience in commercial litigation, with demonstrated ability to independently assume carriage of complex matters involving business disputes, contractual claims, shareholder disputes, corporate conflicts, and other sophisticated commercial issues.

Proven ability to manage and advance litigation files from inception through resolution, including representing clients at motions, trials, arbitrations, and other proceedings.

Experience in preparing and managing litigation materials, including pleadings, motions, briefs, factums, affidavits, discovery materials, correspondence, settlement materials, and other substantive documents, with a strong focus on strategic, practical, and outcome-oriented advocacy.

Location Toronto, Ontario.

Remote elsewhere in Canada is also acceptable.
