Job Summary We are seeking an Assembly Contract position candidate for a direct hire opportunity in a manufacturing production environment in the Barrie.

Key Responsibilities - Assemble, handle, and move products safely and efficiently within a manufacturing production setting. - Follow established work instructions, quality standards, and daily production requirements. - Maintain accuracy,



consistency, and good hand-eye coordination while completing assembly tasks. - Work safely in a busy production environment where hearing protection and proper footwear are required. - Support team goals by remaining flexible with shifts, work hours, locations, and assigned duties as needed. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious workstation throughout the shift.

Compensation and Advantages - Pay rate is $21.90 per hour. - Afternoon shift premium is $0.50 per hour. - Midnight shift premium is $1.00 per hour. - Annual salary range is $45,552 to $47,632 per year. - Schedule is based on 40 hours per week. - Payroll is biweekly. - Company-provided team wear shirts are included. - Dress code includes jeans that are not ripped and CSA Grade 1 steel toe footwear.
