This full time position is a critical role focused on providing HSE leadership to field supervisors and personnel. Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will leverage your expertise in workplace health principles and industry standards. Key responsibilities include mentoring team members, facilitating training, and overseeing compliance with legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in subcontractor prequalification and selection
• Oversee development of HSE Plans and Hazard Assessments
• Mentor personnel in Pre-Task Planning and assessments




• Conduct inspections and validate adherence to HSE standards
• Lead incidents investigations, ensuring lessons learned are documented

Requirements:
• 5+ years of field HSE experience in commercial construction
• NCSO designation or equivalent required
• Progress toward CRSP, CSP, or ASP designations
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and First Aid certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
