Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing to offer coordination
• Build candidate pipelines for high-volume and specialized roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs




• Prepare recruitment-related documents for candidates and hiring managers
• Attend career fairs and represent the company at events

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in recruitment, ideally in high-volume environments
• HR experience preferred, especially in regulated settings
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS or ATS platforms
• Solid communication skills for collaboration across levels
• Ability to obtain and maintain gaming worker license
