Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Optimize procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and reliability of suppliers.

Requirements Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a director-level role.
Proven track record of successfully transforming and optimizing complex supply chains.
Extensive experience in strategic sourcing, demand planning, inventory management, and logistics.
Strong understanding of global supply chain dynamics and emerging trends.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and drive cost savings.
