Aspire Software is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to enhance our team in Montreal. This role involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance for our software portfolio.

As a Finance Manager at Aspire Software, you will report directly to the Director of Finance. Key responsibilities include overseeing month-end close, financial analysis, and coordinating with the finance team and subsidiary Portfolio Managers. This is a critical role that directly impacts financial performance and strategic initiatives across multiple companies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage period-end close and monthly financial reporting
• Drive financial planning through KPI analysis
• Build accurate forecasts and track performance trends




• Ensure compliance with internal and external financial processes
• Lead the annual statutory audits and corporate audit preparations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
• 5+ years of finance experience, including 2+ years in management
• Strong internal control and financial analysis capabilities
• Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Fluent in English, with robust communication skills
