Responsibilities Customizing ERP systems using ERP platform development tools.

Creating and executing automated tests and performing developer testing before deployment.

Managing and supporting build creation and update deployment to development and test environments.

Developing, troubleshooting, and enhancing custom-built applications.

Responding to tier-three requests for technical support.

Following established processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving application defects and issues.

Maintaining and performing technology upgrades on ERP system customizations and on custom-built applications.

Incorporating AI agents and/or tools to assist with work assignments.

Breaking down solution designs into development tasks and estimating effort.

Communicating project progress, issues, risks, and changes throughout development.

Evaluating and recommending alternative technical solutions.

Assisting with the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and reports.

Researching and recommending new technologies, enhancements, and best practices.

Providing technical guidance and support to team members as required.

Developing and maintaining strong, customer-focused relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications 3+ years of progressive experience in software development or a related field.

Postsecondary degree or diploma in computer technology or a related discipline.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Experience with web-based development using Angular,

Ability to learn business processes and recommend technical solutions.

Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Security and reliability-first mindset.

Customization experience using X++ for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or other ERP systems is considered a significant asset.
