Our valued public sector client is hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to support a large-scale enterprise email migration transformation project.

Background: The email migration project has completed the planning phase and is now entering execution. A pilot migration is underway, with full-scale migration activities scheduled to begin in the current year.

The successful candidate will serve as a key coordination resource between the project team, technical stakeholders, and Service Management Centres (SMCs) to ensure migration activities are planned, communicated, and executed effectively across the organization..

Tasks May Include: Drive project execution by actively coordinating technical teams, following up on actions, and ensuring all project tasks and deliverables are completed on schedule.

Coordinating email migration activities and schedules with assigned Service Management Centres (SMCs).

Chairing and facilitating migration activity sessions, coordination meetings, and technical working group discussions.





Engaging directly with client stakeholders, service desk personnel, and technical teams to support migration readiness and execution.

Tracking migration activities, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.

Communicating migration efforts, timelines, and updates to stakeholders.

Ensuring alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the migration process.

Escalating and resolving coordination challenges that may impact migration schedules or service delivery.

Supporting pilot migration activities and assisting with the transition to full-scale execution.

Must Haves: Coordinating large-scale IT transformation projects - 2+ projects Federal Government (DND, SSC, CSE...) - 2+ projects Certification - Prosci , Prince2 , CBAP, ITIL, APM , Association of Change Management Professionals etc...
