Job Summary: The Intermediate Software Developer - CRM role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining CRM applications with a focus on Oracle Siebel CRM solutions.

The position requires collaboration across IT teams to deliver high-quality, data-driven CRM software, including integration with Adobe AEM and J2EE technologies, while adhering to best practices and enterprise architecture standards.

Responsibilities: Translate technical specifications into tested CRM applications.

Develop detailed programming specifications and write code for CRM systems.

Maintain and conduct unit testing of CRM software components.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM applications.

Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.

Design, develop, and maintain reports using OBIEE and PowerBI.

Participate in design walkthroughs and provide post-implementation support.

Ensure compliance with accessibility standards such as AODA.

Work onsite during standard business hours at the designated office location.

Required Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Siebel CRM technical configuration, development, and integration.

At least 3 years of experience integrating and testing Siebel with Adobe AEM and J2EE.

Experience with Siebel IP18 or later versions, including Siebel Tools and Web Template editing.

Strong knowledge of Siebel Open UI classes and methods.

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, Java

Script, and JQuery for report development.

Experience with OBIEE and PowerBI report development and testing.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Skills: Experience with Siebel Test Automation tools.

Knowledge of rapid application development (RAD) methodologies.

Familiarity with middleware, gateways, and communications protocols.

Experience with public sector Siebel modules such as Contracts, Lead Management, Partner Portal, Campaign Management, and eService.

Understanding of Information Management principles and policies.

Experience with Transfer Payments and accessibility testing related to AODA.

Ability to create user and system documentation.
