The Senior R&D; Chemist is responsible for developing cutting-edge cosmetic and personal care formulations from concept through commercialization.

This role works closely with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to deliver high-quality, cost-effective products that align with market trends and business objectives.

Immediate Hire: Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 Location: Scarborough, ON Responsibilities: – Develop and reformulate cosmetic and personal care products. – Lead product development projects from concept to commercialization. – Research market trends and identify new product opportunities. – Conduct laboratory testing, product evaluations, and stability studies. – Support scale-up, manufacturing, and contract manufacturing activities. – Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.

Qualifications: – Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry,



Cosmetic Science, or a related field. – 5+ years of cosmetic or personal care formulation experience. – Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and formulation technologies. – Experience with product scale-up and manufacturing support. – Understanding of regulatory and quality requirements for cosmetic products. – Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
