Some sites are large, so you’ll definitely get your steps in! We’re looking for versatile team players who work evening shifts to cover sports events.

Site Wage range: $18.75 Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and assistance and sustain effective relationships with clients and patrons Write clear and detailed reports including incident, emergency and day to day reports Watch for and report irregularities, such as security breaches, facility and safety hazards, and emergency situations and contact emergency responders as required Perform regular foot patrols to ensure personnel,



building and equipment security Exercise crowd control and evict trespassers Core Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent customer service skills A strong working knowledge of non-violent crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques Strong observational skills Ability to make immediate decisions, while maintaining composure in emergency response situations with minimal supervision Job Requirements A valid BC Security License is required (we can help you obtain one through our in-person training on Vancouver Island, or through JIBC) Strong verbal and written English communication skills Good physical fitness — ability to walk for extended periods (most sites) Must be legally authorized to work in Canada OFA Level 1 or higher is an asset LET’S GET STARTED! #VA4 Education Requirements (All) High School Diploma Certification Requirements (All) Valid BC Security Licence
