Novartis Canada is seeking a Medical Excellence Lead to translate strategy into Field Medical execution and sustain IMEx processes. You will own metrics, quality oversight, and harmonized ways of working across Medical Affairs in a hybrid Toronto setting.
The role requires 4+ years in Medical Affairs with MSL leadership, robust scientific credibility, and the ability to drive improvements using data and stakeholder influence. Advanced English is essential.
