We seek a compassionate and energetic individual for the House Parent position. You'll be responsible for creating a comforting atmosphere, fostering supportive interactions, and meeting the needs of individuals with complex challenges. This involves maintaining cleanliness, nutrition, and budgeting while teaching life skills and providing care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute monthly nutritious meal plans
• Prepare home-cooked meals and baked goods for residents
• Maintain excellent cleanliness and housekeeping standards




• Provide supportive care to individuals with complex needs
• Teach essential life skills like cooking and budgeting

Requirements:
• High school diploma or senior matriculation preferred
• One year of cooking experience for large groups
• Experience with diverse behavioral and developmental needs
• Proficient cooking and organizational skills
• A Class 5 Novice 2 driver’s license required
