Join Kaycan in Fredericton as a Warehouse Associate to contribute to our logistics team. Master order picking, packing, and inventory management in a permanent, full-time role.

Reporting to the Warehouse Team Lead, you will expertly manage customer orders while ensuring safety and efficiency in our operations. This full time, on-site position requires strong communication skills and a focus on exceptional customer service as you load and unload products and maintain warehouse organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders
• Load and unload trucks using material handling equipment
• Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and organize stock
• Communicate low stock items with the Supervisor
• Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE diligently

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent distribution experience
• 1 to 3 years in warehouse and customer service roles
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Physical stamina for lifting heavy items
• Strong team player with attention to detail
