Co-create targeted learning roadmaps, training plans and certification paths with program pillars, subject‑matter experts and learning partners.
Build and execute an audience‑based communication and engagement approach across communities of practice, leadership forums, digital channels and program updates.
Partner with change, communications, HR, cloud engineering, operations and application teams to prepare impacted groups for migration waves and new ways of working.
Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops and feedback loops that build a common cloud language, surface concerns and strengthen stakeholder commitment.
Establish adoption measures‑including training consumption, certification progress, engagement, readiness and sentiment‑and use insights to continuously improve the experience.
Make progress visible by publishing milestones, lessons learned and success stories while maintaining a consistent, transparent program narrative.
Support program governance, planning and Agile/SAFe ceremonies; identify dependencies, manage risks and escape decisions that affect value delivery.
